Our Cancellation & Return Policy
We are really happy that you decided to purchase our products, but in the event you have to cancel your orders, swiftly send an email to email@example.com. For every product cancelled, a 20% processing fee will be charged. But sadly any cancellation for orders that have been shipped out will not be refunded because your order is on its way to you already.
We truly appreciate your purchase & sincerely apologize if the products were somehow damaged upon delivery. Please report to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours with clear photos of the damaged goods. After that, please ship back the damaged products to us within 1 week after you received it. We will resend a replacement once we received the damaged item. Kindly note that we hold the right to reject any overdue claims on a reasonable basis.
